My biggest value comes from my first-hand experience in the new construction industry. Because I have actually worn a tool belt and swung a hammer early in my career, I see things from a different perspective. I can quickly assess the current market conditions and advise a builder on putting together a strategic budget for that “spec” build they are hoping to turn a decent profit on.

Adversely, I’m uniquely positioned to advise a developer on how to price and strategically market their property to that very same builder or hopeful future homeowner. I do this knowing what the specific market will bear in terms of home prices and absorption rates. This allows the developer to target specific builders by making lot offerings which fall in line with their existing home plans and price points.
